Location: in the drivers seat where else
all in the same week. pink ladies on tv saying how safe woman think there sevice is and tonight in a st helens paper an advert to say there service will pick men and woman up now to go view houses
i wish they would make there mind up what they are . private /club/woman/men exception to the rule . idont know
all i do know is they should have plates ON

If they don't have plates on and are carrying fare paying passengers then they are not licensed as Warrington private hire.
