Try the mass airflow sensor as well, the one on my mates passat was knackerd, bought a new one and fitted it for him and there was a 100% improvement. £70 new from euro car parts. Probably more for a TX.
Ive been to M&O a couple of times with my mate and have seen the same thing, loads of p*ssed off cab drivers!.

take it back to m&o and ask for your old tx1 back. my mate sold his o4 tx2 the other day and bought 51 plate tx1 reckons the best thing he ever done. he said he had never had so much grief from acab . he was gona buy a camper van to leave at kpms he was there so often :lol: :lol:

Has anyone ever tried to fit a newer Nissan Engine and box into the TX2 it must be possible as they are the same size as the TX1 :?: :?:

First month now over with, no problems, apart from the whining noise the Ford engine makes when you acelerate.

I'll get used to it.

Well its nearly a year now, and so far its given me very little problems in comparison with the last one.

Early days yet, but I'm expecting a cheap annual overhaul.
