By what right do the majority of Renrewshire airport taxis wilfully speed and tailgate their way to and from Glasgow Airport?

Their conduct as professional road users is criminal and disgraceful. They should all do the honourable thing and hand-in their badges and plates. There are only a comparitive handful of Renfrewshire airport taxis that I witness complying with road traffic law.

If you are one of the criminals I am speaking of then for all our sakes please do not exceed the prevailing speed limit and please keep a safe distance behind the vehicle in front of you.

These are of course legal requirements and not merely my opinion.

I am an M8 road user and driver of 22 years...no convictions...ever!

If you have a complaint about the legality of some taxi drivers then why don't you make a note of their registration details and inform the police? :?

The majority of Renfrewshire taxi drivers including the airport ones are a disgrace, they treat lane 3 of the M8 back from the city centre as some sort of private autobahn

And no chips on the shoulders of regular members on here at all.

Armalite has a very valid point, but I'd like to ask him why I have so many private cars tailgating me; is it just because I'm driving a taxi?
