It's probably down to the fact that his London membership are mainly non English speaking drivers from eastern europe. If they knew what a cretin the guy was, I doubt whether the GMB would exsist within the London Minicab industry.

Still, he won't be around forever, lets face it he's pushing 80 now.

When this thread started, I like most other drivers who can afford to move out of London, didn’t think Livingstone would ever get ousted.

London’s made up of great swathes of unemployed losers, and scroungers in their millions, and of course Livingstone panders to that, with free this and free that, anything of course but telling them to get of their lazy arses and go and do an honest days work.

Now, I believe he may just get his marching orders.

The Hatred against the socialist coward has been steadily growing over the last week or so, virtually everyone that gets in my Taxi asks me if I'm voting against the corrupt dictator. When I tell them I left London behind many years ago they go into one, telling me it's disgusting that we don't get a vote, yet the socialist dictator rules our lives on a daily basis. This comes from all sections of society, rich, poor, middle class, black, white, Asian, you name it, and they want a change of mayor.

I don't for a minute think London will be better off under Johnston or Paddick, but the current incumbent has to go with all his corrupt left wing cronies.

Fingers crossed, the GMB's choice will be out on his arse come May.
