you think morrisons are against the badge but they no they are just doing what the law requires of them and that is to keep produce uncontaminated and fit for eat
you just having a knee jerk reaction to it when you look at large picture you will see i right about it an company just doing it the right way
now focus your effort on getting the lad a state funeral so his memory is never lost
We are talking about Wm Morrisons Plc when you speak of the company doing things the right way?
Tico, take one emotionally charged incident and an insensitive manager, who can't wait to exercise his power over people. This was a minor infraction of the rules which turned into a pi**ing contest.
You need to make yourself familiar with the Peter Principle, Tico, to know how all of this came about.
People tend to be promoted up to their "level of incompetence". It wasn't about the rules, it was how the situation was handled under the circumstances.

you are correct to a degree but it is you who is emo charged i explain
365 day per year morrison managers are told no badges jewelry etc on any member of staff
this is standard policy for a food chain
as a manager she did what her job says she shood do
he chose to say no way jose
he left her with no choice but to suspend him
once she suspends him he has to go to an inquirey
if they dont follow proceeedure then all employee start making own rules up to suit
for anyone who cant see that then they shood vote with feet an shop elsewhere
it doesnt get an simpler than that he broke company rules he was given chance to put it right he chose to two finger the manager an she then had no other option other than to suspend him
wether it well meaning or not the fact it's a food retailer means they have to obey health an safety rules
like the video say .......... the rules are there for your safety and that of your team the team being the customers
