You wouldn't know logic if it slapped you in the face Jim.
Since when did you use logic ?
Drivers own their own tools for the job. Just like every other trade. Seems logical to me.
Everything you say is lies and we and the relevant bodies know this, you are yet to come up with facts, even your so called hot shot lawyers cant help you
Licence applicants don't have to come up with facts. They simply have to suggest that the council couldn't possibly be reasonably satisfied with the information they use to refuse applications. We did suggest areas they weren't aware about. Wigglesworth even agreed that the council's info was "flawed" - twice.
At the very least the council should have deferred their decision to allow them to look at our claims. That's why th eAct allows for consideration within three months and a final decision three months after that. The Act is prepared for the process. The council isn't, because it had no intention of granting the licences, ever. They prejudiced the applications. Not only is this wrong, it is illegal.
You suffered another embarrassing blow in the courts Jim,you know deep down this will continue to happen.
I haven't suffered anything. Because my case was not before the courts. Seems you don't know everything saf lad.
Also, if you have ever engaged with the legal process you will realise that it is conducted by some who are devious, incompetent and self serving. If you believe it is designed to deliver justice, then you would do well to be wary. You WILL get shafted and it will cost you plenty.
Perry mason couldn't win you this case, there is just NO UNMET DEMAND.
No matter what sh*t you and numskull come out with, there is just no way this is going to happen.
Fortunately my brief is a tad better than Perry. You stick to your TV illusion, it will help prop up your ownership illusion. You do kinda live in a fantasy, don't you saf?
Actually, no one knows what the demand was, is and will be. Because the council didn't seek to find any demand. They just produced what they thought would justify their refusal.
Not good enough I'm afraid. You see, councils have a duty to behave reasonably. CEC didn't. The cases in court will prove this.
Off course to save face and what little dignity the two of you have left, you will continue to say "wait until this time, wait until next time",the truth is Jim the next time and the time after that and the time after that will still have the same outcome.
If you'd been paying attention, I've already explained to you that the one thing we have no control over is the timescale. other things, needs, come into play over which we have no control. But the endgame will happen. That is for sure. You just have to be patient, like we have to.
Now just be a good little boy and either buy a plate like everybody else or just keep paying your rental on time and keep us business men in the lifestyle we are accustomed to.
I've never been a good little boy, I see no reason to start now. You can't buy a plate, it is owned by the council. My rental is my business. You are not a businessman, else you would relish the opportunities afforded by de-restriction where you would be able to grow your business and maximise your investment.
But you would be incapable of this because you comfort zone is operating in the restricted, vested interest market the council gives you. You're little more than an employee of the council, stripped of the normal benefits of council employees and paying your own NI, holiday pay, sickness insurance, pension etc.
So once again Jim,the plate is the company, agreed, the good thing is knowing the council will never de-restrict these numbers until there is an unmet demand, and we both know that that wont happen unless Edinburgh doubles it's size and the population increases by at least another 100k quality.
Plates - "is the company", are not transferrable. De-restriction is not in the council's hands - read the Scottish Governments Best Practice guidelines.
There won't be any unmet demand identified, though it exists, until the council decides to throw the trade a few scraps. It will keep any demand to itself and expand its own transport interests. This is tantamount to using the Act in a cxorrupt way.
You are a willing participant to council corruption.
Yes "my little illusion" is safe and for a very long time to come.
Even a schoolchild would realise that there is nothing tangible about an illusion. How can it be "safe"?
Idiot.
